RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You can place all your online orders via the website 24/7. After the completion of the order process, an automatic notification containing the details of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address registered in our system.

After completing your purchase transaction, it is not possible to add-remove, modify or cancel products in your order.

The products you have ordered and which are available in our stocks are shipped with the cargo we have agreed within 1-2 business days. The cargo shipment information of your order placed for cargo will be automatically forwarded to your e-mail address registered in our system along with the tracking number.

The delivery times of special production products differ according to the manufacturing time. The delivery time for special orders or products that are not available in existing stocks is between 14 working days.

Product delivery times may be extended during special days and busy order periods. Cargo delivery is not possible on weekends and holidays.

Shipping is free of charge for all domestic orders.

The buyer should pay for overseas shipments and additional extra fees may apply depending on the country of shipment subject to customs.Such applications are beyond our control and since they vary from country to country, it is not possible to calculate possible extra fees in advance. Before placing an order, please contact the customs office in your region to get information about the fees that are subject to customs.

We are not responsible for paying any fees, taxes or other charges applied to international shipments and for any delays or other possible disruptions that may occur during transportation.

There is no sending to mailboxes.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You can return or exchange the purchased product within 14 working days from the invoice date, if its saleability is not impaired. Our products in the earring and piercing category are not accepted for return due to hygiene rules.

In order to create a request for the product you want to return, specifying the product name, code and reason for the return [email protected] you need to send it to our address.

The purchased product must not have lost its re-saleability feature and must not have been used, and the returned products must not have been damaged.

Returns and exchanges cannot be made for special order products.

The product you will return must be shipped together with the invoice. The shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

 

Return and exchange products sent without an invoice are not accepted by us.
